Verne Troyer
At 2' 8", Verne is one of the smallest men on earth, but he has got a huge talent. He appeared as the waiter in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and will appear in his second Gilliam/Depp movie in The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus.
His other movie roles include the Austin Powers movies, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Men in Black and The Love Guru.
