Bobcat Goldthwait
Bobcat "Bob" Goldthwait (born Robert Francis Goldthwait) is a comedian known for his distinctive high pitched voice. His comedic career was at its height in the 80's, when he appeared in the Police Academy as Zed, and in various other comedies such as One Crazy Summer, Burglar, Hot to Trot and Scrooged. Since then, he has continued his career both in movies and television. In the past decade he has moved more off-camera, to direct tv-shows.
